These Terms govern your use of TopWebsites.lol (the “Service”), operated by TopWebsites.lol (“TopWebsites”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, submitting a website, or placing a bid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

TopWebsites is a discovery platform where website owners compete for visibility by placing paid bids. The leaderboard ranks websites primarily by their current valid bid amount. The Service is an advertising and promotional placement product. It is not an investment, a guarantee of performance, or a search-ranking service.

2. Bidding and placement

• Higher bid, higher position. Positions are ordered by current valid bid amount. Bidding starts at $0.10. The minimum bid and minimum increment are shown at the time of bidding and may change.
• You can be outbid at any time. Other users may place a higher bid and take your position. Being outbid is a normal part of the Service and is not a fault, error, or grounds for a refund.
• Placement is temporary and non-exclusive. Holding a position — including #1 — does not reserve it for any period. Positions change continuously as bids change.
• Bids are public. Your website, bid amount, category and position may be shown publicly on the Service and in shared links.
• A bid becomes active only after the associated payment is verified and completed. We are not obligated to display any listing before payment is confirmed.

3. No guarantees

We do not promise or guarantee any specific number of visitors, clicks, impressions, conversions, sales, revenue, ranking, ranking duration, or SEO or search-engine benefit. Any statistics we display (such as impressions, clicks or click-through rate) are estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Outbound links to your website may be treated as paid or promotional links and configured accordingly.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By paying, you also agree to the provider’s terms. We do not store your full card details.
• Prices and bids are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• You are responsible for any taxes, currency-conversion costs, or bank fees that apply to your payment.
• A payment is only complete once our system verifies and records it. Frontend or on-screen confirmation alone does not create an active bid.

5. No refunds — all sales are final

All bids and placement fees are non-refundable. Once a bid is placed and payment is completed, the promotional placement is delivered immediately, so no refunds are provided. Being outbid, losing your position, receiving fewer visitors or clicks than you hoped, or choosing to stop using the Service are not grounds for a refund. This does not affect any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws that cannot legally be excluded. If you believe you were charged in error, email billing@topwebsites.lol before initiating a chargeback; unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension or removal of your listings.

6. Acceptable use — prohibited websites and conduct

You may not submit, promote, or link to any website or content that:

• is unlawful, or promotes illegal goods, services or activity;
• involves phishing, malware, scams, fraud, or malicious or deceptive redirects;
• infringes intellectual-property rights or impersonates another person or brand;
• contains sexual content involving minors, or other content that exploits or endangers minors;
• is hateful, harassing, or incites violence, or is otherwise abusive; or
• violates the rules or policies of our payment providers.

You must own or be authorised to promote any website you submit, and the information you provide must be accurate.

7. Moderation and removal

We may review, reject, suspend, edit the category of, or remove any listing at our discretion — including for the reasons above, for suspected abuse, or to comply with law or provider requirements. Where we remove a listing because it breached these Terms, we are not required to refund any related payment.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping it up to date.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, belongs to us. By submitting a website, logo, name and description, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that material on the Service and in related promotional contexts (such as social share cards). You retain ownership of your own content.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any listing will achieve any particular result. We are not responsible for third-party websites listed on the Service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, the website or content you submit, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “last updated” date will change. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country/state], and any disputes will be handled by the courts of [your country/state], unless applicable law requires otherwise.
